Kimchi Mushroom Burger

Another quick and easy way to eat delicious and healthy from Mama O's.  (Do you sense a theme?)

Our Vegan Kimchi Mushroom Burgers are super easy and super delicious!  We started making these while sponsoring a friend's music festival.  We didn't have a lot of vegan/vegetarian options and kind of just made these on the fly using hot dog buns!  Anyhow you can do these in a pan or on the grill.  Vegan or not.

Start with a portabello cap.  Make sure it's whole and set it top side down on the grill so that the gills are facing up. Fill that thing up with some good extra virgin olive oil.  Slightly shocking how much oil goes in. (but that's why we use some good olive oil!)  Cover to build up heat.  In the mean time, chop up a lil Mama O's Premium Vegan Kimchi, enough to fill up the mushroom cup.  Drop kimchi on top of mushroom cap.  Cover again for a few minutes.  Add a slice of cheese on top.  Remove from heat once the cheese has melted and place on bun.
