This is the 2023 seasonal run of Pony Tail radish that we bought from Choy Division to make into possibly our favorite kimchi!  Crisp daikon and chewy leaves make a delicious combination.  Grown organically less than 75 miles away from Brooklyn. This kimchi is vegan and sold only in 1/2 gallon pouches.  Order quick before we run out.  Very limited amount for sale.   Less than 10!
